Course enrollments

If you purchase a paid course or training program, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Free courses & resources

Free study materials, question papers, and discovery tools do not involve payment and are not subject to refund.

Institution or partner fees

Some programs link to external admission or partner payment flows. Refunds for those transactions are governed by the respective institution or partner and are not processed by Shalyam directly.
